If you have imaged:
How do you dispose if manufacturer finally reject to delivery goods?
How do you dispose if manufacturer is too late to delivery your goods?
How do you dispose if manufacturer shipped goods of bad quality?
How do you dispose if manufacturer shipped pseudo goods?
How do you dispose if you have to start suit to your loss?

Actually you just need a local agent in China. We know that it would take too much time, cost and force to start or to proceed an international suit, and that the suit's final result is difficult to foreknow. However, the suit will become much easier if you consigned a local company to sign contract with the vendor, as you have transfered an international suit into a domestic suit, and domestic suit will take less time, less cost and less force to finish. Actually manufacturer/factory dare not to cheat domestic buyer as they know it is easy to fail the suit if there was.

As an experienced partner, we have widely and strong work force which make us competent to act as your foreign agent, offering all-round help during cooperations.

Enquiry us free if you need any service, and we also welcome any new ideas of business cooperation.

Example case:
In June 2010, a buyer from Czech(C) chopped a contract with a supplier in Zhejiang(Z) covering the 4 containers of Solar panels based on price USD1.68/wt, and the delivery time would be within Aug.31th,2010. But because of the fast increasing material cost, the supplier Z had to increase their price up to USD1.77/wt after received the advanced payment, and the delivery time had to be end of September, 2010. We made 3 face-to-face negotiations with the supplier Z, and finally promoted a successful transigent agreement from the supplier Z, that saved the buyer C's loss up to USD43,092.00.
